Purpose of the website and demos

This website presents the product engineering capabilities of JIXO, a ChronoD brand. CRM, drama, novel, and growth demos are demonstration environments. Their data, customers, transactions, and business outcomes are simulated and are not product commitments or business advice.

Intellectual property

Brand marks, interface designs, copy, code, graphics, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, scrape at scale, distribute, sell, or use them to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

You must not bypass security measures, disrupt the site, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the site unlawfully or in ways that infringe rights. We may restrict access that presents security or compliance risks.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Site content is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that all information is always complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Project scope, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities are governed by a separate signed agreement.

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Project disputes are handled first under the parties’ contract; otherwise, relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China apply.
